Hello students of art and anatomy,
My name is Saurabh and I have recently been invited to aid in the administration work of this group. Now that I'm involved I am going to try working towards improving it. From my understanding this group was intended for a small group of individuals who wanted to work towards improving their figure drawing abilities. This group has grown beyond a small number and I suppose that is why I am stepping in.
I intend to keep this as a group for students to inspire and encourage each other to study anatomy. I am somewhat concerned about submissions which do not contribute towards this goal. This is one of the reasons I am proposing to remove the auto approving of member submissions and to remove the "practice category". I would also like this group to be a group worth watching. This means that I would have to enforce some degree of quality control. I haven't decided quite yet what the minimum quality requirements are, but I will soon enough.
These changes mean that I will be rejecting and removing submissions into our group. I understand the urge to submit picture and gaining feedback on them. However, I would like to make one thing explicitly clear, this group was intended for students. As students your interest should be in gaining knowledge and skills over gaining attention and fame. You should submit to this group if your piece is an example of anatomical studies, or will inspire the study of anatomy. If the piece has such fundamental drawing problems that there is little reason for students to see it, then there is a high chance that I will reject it.

In summary:- practice category will be removed
- submissions will no longer be auto approved
- there will be some Quality control
